Henan GiantRoc Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 and is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of components such as pumps, fans, tilting-pad bearings, robot welding contact tips, protective sleeves and connecting rods. Based in Xinxiang, Henan, the company serves more than 30 countries and regions worldwide, providing equipment solutions for the chemical equipment industry, robotic welding, artificial intelligence and medical hygiene equipment sectors.
With a registered capital of RMB 10 million, the company occupies 30 mu of land and has a 20,000 m² production workshop, employing 50 people (including 8 senior engineers, 10 engineers and 20 technicians). It is equipped with imported CNC machine tools from Neutrium, Mitsui Seiki and DMG, and has introduced five-axis machining centers and Amec machining centers, together with CNC floor-type boring and milling machines, CNC vertical lathes, three-spindle multi-drill milling machines, welding robots and Mitsubishi wire-cut EDM machines. ERP, PLM and CAM are fully applied and intelligent monitoring is implemented for key processes to ensure every operation from components to finished machines is precise, efficient and reliable.
The company owns high-precision imported inspection equipment such as German spectrometers, German Schenck dynamic balancing machines, Hexagon CMMs, Brother and DIXI machines, as well as professional testing facilities including closed pump test benches, Scantech AI scanners, ISHIN optical measuring instruments and contour meters. Instrument-based quantitative inspection covers incoming materials, in-process and finished-product stages, realizing data-driven quality control and ensuring product consistency and traceability.
The company has passed ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and GJB 9001 (National Military Standard) certifications, and has been recognized as a Henan Provincial Innovative SME, Xinxiang Municipal Technology-based SME and awarded multiple AAA-level credit honors. Its products are widely used by large chemical enterprises such as Henan Energy & Chemical Group, Xinjiang Guanghui, Xinjiang Xinlianxin, Xinjiang Yihua, Tianjin Bohua Yongli and Chongqing Xiangyu.
